By sending payment, you are agreeing that you read, understood, and accept the TOS.I reserve the right to decline any commission, at anytime, for any reason. In the circumstance of payment being sent prior to refusal to continue the piece, a refund will be given at artist's discretion. In this case, refunds will be issued on a case by case basis and are not guarunteed.
(ex: artist completed sketch before halting project, refunds percentage of payment rendered equal to the labor done.)TOS are subject to change and may not be all inclusive as unpredicted situations can and do occur.
General
I enjoy drawing a wide variety of themes, and I'm always eager to try new things!I will not draw directly or imply:

Payments
♡Payments can be made via Paypal or Cashapp. (more options coming!)
♡For commissions under $50, full payment is due upfront
♡Commissions $50-$100 will require 50% payment upfront
♡Commissions $100+ will require 25% payment upfront
♡All transactions will be recorded for both artist and buyers records.
Revisions
♡Two pre-lineart revision rounds included with purchase, further revisions are subject to extra fee♡Major changes requested after lineart phase will require an additional payment of $5+ dependent on the extent of the revision wantedFor colored pieces
♡Revisions past the coloring/shading stage will not be granted (small adjustments may be considered)
Process
♡Turnaround time is typically 1-2wk for smaller/less detailed pieces. For larger pieces or pieces with a lot of detail, turnaround time can range from 3wk - 2mo
turn-around time is subject to change, delays will always be communicated in a timely manner♡After the commission is discussed, reference images/descriptions are provided, and payment/down-payment is confirmed, the art will enter the sketching phase.♡Communication and progress updates will be given regularly throughout the process♡During the sketching phase, up to two major revisions are included with purchase. Additional major changes are subject to additional fee♡Major changes requested after lineart phase will require additional payment ($5min) if accepted♡Revisions past the coloring/shading phase will not be granted (small adjustments may be considered on case by case basis)
Refunds/Cancellations
♡Down-payment refunds will not be issued unless deemed necessary by artist
♡Partial refunds may be issued up to the end of the lineart phase
♡Refunds will not be issued after piece is 75%+ completed♡Artist reserves the right to cancel commissions at their discretion, with or without refund
Usage Rights
using any of my art for the purpose of AI training is strictly prohibited
♡Do not claim my work as your own, alter with intent to claim as your own, repost/post without credit, or attempt to sell/resell♡Do not use my work in NFT minting or anything associated with it♡I retain the rights to any work I do as well as the right to use artwork for marketing purposes ( ex: display finished pieces in my portfolio, post WIP shots on social media platforms, etc.)

Roleplay Style
I write from a third person perspective, and in a literate style. I don't write in first person for a few reasons, but the main one is- I find it blurs the line between OOC and IC a bit. In terms of descriptiveness and length of responses, I give what I receive. This probably sounds a bit snobby, but truly there isn't much I can respond with if the prompt I'm given is two sentences long. I'm not going to write for your character.

Nefaris Davientes

Nefaris, or Neffy/Nef was one of my first DnD characters that I loved so dearly I recreated her in FFXIV. She's sarcastic, funny, easy-going, and seems to have amassed quite a few friends and connections throughout her life so far. She's a tiefling/succubus, and a very young one at that. Though her backstory is a bit tragic, she's pushing through and learning how to heal. Everyday she grows more, especially with the help of dear friends such as Orion and Faen.Nefaris also has multiple forms; though her usual one is the one in the image above
Faen Calahari

Faen was another of my first DnD characters, and just so happensto be the first character I made on Final Fantasy back in 2020. He's gone through quite a bit of character development, and I'm still working out his backstory fully. He's honestly a little shit, always playing around and joking... one of his greatest joys comes from making others laugh. Though he comes across as a carefree, himbo playboy, he's got a good heart. When it comes time to be serious, he doesn't hesitate. There's nothing he wouldn't do for his friends, family, and loved ones. He is currently very, very happily married to the love of his life, Orion Kimura, and they share a home and 4 pet carbuncles together.
Tessa Lightfoot

Country bun through and through, Tessa is sure to leave your head spinnin' and your heart pumpin'. She's got a knack for findin' just what's wrong and pullin' it outta ya in less than a blink. The definition of mom friend, this southern gal won't stand for hearin' her friends haven't been takin' care of themselves. She's sweet as pie, but she sure can sting rougher than a bee when needed! Currently, she's traveling from the rescue she normally works at, she's learning more than ever before about different plant and animal species across Eorzea. In her spare time, she's found that working as a courtesan is something she enjoys very much.
Jett

Jett is an interesting character. He doesn't remember much about his past, but he also doesn't really care to. He prefers to live his life in the moment. His personality is certainly an...acquired taste, and most tend to enjoy his company more once he's had a drink or two.*more to come
Fae Calahari

Fae is a bit of a contrast to her twin brother, Faen. While she's just as playful and jokes around nearly as much as he does, she's a bit more reserved when it comes to flirting. Her brother was always the more outgoing type in that area, making women and men and everyone in-between swoon over him effortlessly. Meanwhile, Fae watched, dumbfounded, in the background. She'd never really been good at trying to flirt, or at picking up on hints that someone was flirting with her for that matter. Overall, she's the poster girl for sunshine and bubbly-ness. In a way, she takes on a slight mom-friend role.
